EXCHANGE AND RETURNS
We only exchange items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, different item or for store credits, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll send you the instructions for the exchange.
Our exchange policy lasts 2 days. If 2 days have gone by since delivery, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange or store credit.
To be eligible for an exchange or store credit, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and includes the complete package upon exchange. Missing item or signs of use may result the eligibility of the exchange or store credit to be forfeited.
Only one time product exchange or store credit is allowed per order invoice. A ₱500 or 5% handling/exchange fee (whichever is higher) will be deducted from the total invoice upon being approved of an exchange. Exchanged items will be sold in clearance price and will not be sold as new.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange.
If your exchange is approved, then your exchange or store credit will be processed, and we will be shipping you your exchange or store credit will automatically be applied to your account wallet, within 3-5 working days.
If your exchange is rejected, then a store credit will be processed and will automatically be applied to your account wallet minus the handling/exchange fee, within 3-5 working days.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
Additional non-returnable items:
* Gift cards
* Beauty products
* Some health and personal care items
These are certain situations where only partial refunds may be granted but are not limited to:
* Product with obvious signs of use
* CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened.
* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
* Any item that is returned more than 2 days after delivery
To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Since ShopinUS Inc is offering brand new and authentic goods, we do not issue refunds once the order is placed. This is to preserve the quality of our products for the benefit of our customers. As a customer you are responsible for understanding this upon purchasing any item in our website (Shopinus.ph) or catalog. Please note that our incentives and bonuses may be offered to our respected customers and are not an issue for a refund or chargeback.
Only website (Shopinus.ph) orders may be eligible for exchange or store credits. We are not responsible for reseller/wholesaler product purchases therefore they are not eligible for our exchange policy. Please contact your reseller/wholesaler directly for their policy.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. However, we will be shipping the exchange item back to you free of charge.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
